Football Wrap-up

First of all, I apologize to anyone who has has DESPERATELY wanted to read newer posts on my blog, I've been super busy. I can honestly say I am proud to be a USU Aggie and that AggieNation is alive and well. This football season left us with so many highs that it is hard to complain, even in losing our beloved ex-head football coach Coach Andersen.
Our football program is still in good hands with Coach Wells. He knows the system that has worked to our benefit very well, including a very personal relationship with quarterback Chuckie Keeton. Chuckie, after many questions on twitter and other social medias, will stay at Utah State. That is huge! He's been an incredible QB and will step up as a veteran for our younger guys.
Kerwynn Williams , Will Davis, Matt Austin, Chuck Jacobs, and Bojay Filomeatu are among the seniors that will be moving on to bigger and better things. With any luck, they will move on to the NFL and have stellar rookie seasons, following the examples of Robert Turbin and Bobby Wagner. The former-Aggies are looking to make noise in the playoffs, with a strong defense led by team-leading tackelr Wagner. Bobby is also in talks to recieve the Defensive Rookie of the Year award. Congrats to him and Turbin!

Tonight, the Aggie Men's basketball team takes on San Jose State in the Spectrum at 7 p.m. BEARDS OUT!
